Driven by a love of country and community, Carlton Kohler served eight years in the United States Marine Corps. Never one to back down from a challenge, he sought to become a Marine so he could face some of the most difficult training among all military branches and play an active role in Afghanistan and Iraq. Once he returned stateside, he channeled his love of community into a career in the insurance industry. The lessons learned during his military and insurance careers paired with his passion for delivering the best of the best fueled his desire to launch a construction company with his high school “ride or die”, Chuck Settambrino. Both men share of devotion to family and sense of fearlessness when it comes to hard work. Carlton’s expertise in insurance makes him ideally suited to advocate on behalf of the home or business owner with their carrier – particularly for roof repairs and replacements. His greatest job fulfilment comes from taking an initial insurance denial to a complete roof replacement. With total customer satisfaction as his goal, Carlton trains his team members to treat Elite’s client base the way they would want to be treated. A sense of fun and team spirit reign supreme at Elite Exteriors as does the will to achieve continuous self-improvement for the benefit of the clients they serve. When he’s not going to bat on behalf of his clients with their insurance carrier, walking a future renovation job with a prospect during a free consultation or working with designers on a one-of-akind luxury kitchen remodel, Carlton enjoys spending time with his wife, Haylee and their two girls, Harvin and Mason – either in their hometown of Jefferson, GA or on vacation. During downtime, you can also find Carlton on the softball field, on the golf course or at his local gym.

Proudly following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Chuck Settambrino has been in the construction industry ever since he tossed his high school graduation cap in the air. After spending nearly a decade doing everything from sandblasting and painting commercial properties to building and installing custom cabinets, he is honored to live out a life-long dream and be at the helm of his own construction and renovation company. Modeled after the lessons learned from watching his grandfather run a phenomenally successful cabinet shop and his dad lead a dedicated team at his plumbing company, Chuck brings the same drive, work ethic and team spirit to the company he shares with his high school buddy – Carlton Kohler. A brief stint in sales – selling luxury architectural roofs – gave him a broader sense of the business and customer service as a whole. Chuck firmly believes that he and Carlton share the same sense of integrity, honesty and reliability, but that their different skill sets combine to make Elite Exteriors a true powerhouse in their industry. They hold every one of their Elite team members to the same high standards and are dedicated to delivering customer service excellence. Chuck is proud of the fact that - since Elite Exteriors’ launch – they have consistently received perfect 5-star reviews and plan to keep that momentum going. Chuck lives with his wife and daughter in Buford. When he’s not working, you can find him in the congregation at 12 Stone Lawrenceville, at the gym, hiking a scenic trail, boating or fishing on Lake Lanier, playing softball or enjoying cookouts, beach and skiing vacations with the family.
